Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or reschedule.  In the case that 24 hours notice is not given, you will be responsible for 50% of the service charge.  A missed appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. 

**All Hair Extension Services require 48 hours notice for cancelation, otherwise, we reserve the right to charge based on the above cancelation policy.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you have scheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
